Through booking and contact forms we collect your name, phone number, email address, chosen service and appointment time, and any message you send. We do not collect payment card data through this site.

We process data to confirm and manage appointments, respond to enquiries, and keep service records. Processing is based on your consent and on performance of a service contract under Law of Ukraine No. 3563-IX 'On Personal Data Protection' dated 23 November 2023.

Nothing here limits your statutory rights under Law of Ukraine No. 1023-XII 'On Protection of Consumer Rights' dated 12 May 1991. Electronic booking information is provided under Law of Ukraine No. 675-VIII 'On Electronic Commerce' dated 3 September 2015. Our advertising complies with Law of Ukraine No. 270/96-VR 'On Advertising' dated 3 July 1996.
